About the role We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives at a fast-growing client company. This role is a step above general administrative support: you will own complex calendaring, travel logistics, communication management, and confidential information across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong process-builder, exceptional communicator, and independent decision-maker comfortable representing executives with discretion. Key Responsibilities Streamline and maintain internal processes that support C-level executives company-wide Liaise between upper management and employees; manage internal/external executive communication Manage professional and personal scheduling for C-level: agendas, mail, email, calls, travel, client management Organize and prioritize work to ensure executives' top goals are met Coordinate complex domestic and international travel; build itineraries and contingencies Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials Exercise discretion when interfacing with clients, partners, and stakeholders Prepare and format documents, decks, and reports to a high standard Required Qualifications 4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant supporting one or more executives Significant experience managing office procedures and sensitive corporate information Strong knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars, and modern productivity tools Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly across media Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to shifting demands Fully fluent in English Skilled in modern productivity apps Ability to commit long-term and full-time Ability to work U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting startup founders, VCs, or partners at professional services firms Familiarity with executive scheduling tools (Calendly, Reclaim, Motion) Experience handling personal and family logistics in addition to business duties Tools & Technologies Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Concur or Expensify, DocuSign, travel-booking platforms Core Competencies Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills Relationship-builder across stakeholders Agile prioritizer of competing demands Takes initiative; anticipates and solves problems with minimal supervision Discreet, adaptable, and consistently professional What We Offer Best salaries in the industry Work from anywhere permanently Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast-paced and collaborative environment A warm, people-first company culture Get paid in your currency of choice Full benefits This is a full-time, long-term role, dedicated exclusively to one of our clients.
