About this role

A fast-paced global professional services firm is seeking a proactive and highly capable EA to support a busy team of executives and support with office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a collaborative and high-performing team. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating domestic and international travel Managing diaries, meeting scheduling, and logistics across multiple stakeholders Supporting CRM updates and business development tracking Processing expenses and organising meeting catering Client event management Delivering a 5* guest experience and supporting office operations About you: 2+ years’ experience in an EA or team support role University degree is essential Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Professional and confident working with senior stakeholders Interested in using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented This role is paying up to £55k DOE plus benefits and bonus.
