We are partnered with a fast-growing, creator-led business founded by a major YouTube personality, focused on making science and engineering fun, hands-on, and accessible. The company blends viral video content with interactive STEM products to inspire millions of viewers—especially younger audiences—to learn through building and experimentation. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a high-trust, high-exposure capacity. This is a true right-hand role combining traditional executive support with in-person assistance during travel, shoots, and events. This is not a typical EA role - you’ll be embedded in the Founder’s day-to-day, ensuring everything runs seamlessly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Role Overview High-trust, high-exposure role supporting the Founder directly Significant travel required; you will accompany the Founder regularly Blend of Executive Assistant responsibilities and in-person support while traveling Office presence required 3 days per week when not traveling Fast-paced, fluid schedule with frequent short trips (1 week/month total) Upcoming extended travel: Los Angeles (mid-June to end of July) Core Responsibilities Calendar & Travel Management Own a complex, ever-changing calendar Coordinate end-to-end travel (primarily SF ↔ LA) Anticipate needs and ensure seamless execution across all commitments In-Person EA / PA Support Travel alongside the Founder, providing real-time support Ensure efficiency, punctuality, and smooth day-to-day execution Manage daily logistics including meals, routines, and preferences Business & Professional Support Coordinate meetings, speaking engagements, and appearances Act as a key liaison with partners, vendors, and stakeholders Provide flexible support across business operations as needed Meeting & Strategic Support Attend meetings as a proxy and note-taker Capture key decisions, action items, and next steps Drive follow-ups and ensure alignment across teams Team Coordination Partner closely with the existing EA and Personal Assistant Collaborate with the Chief Content Officer’s EA (parallel hire) Contribute to a highly effective, collaborative support function Candidate Profile Strong alignment with the Founder’s energy, pace, and working style Highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive Demonstrates sound judgment and operates autonomously Comfortable working in close proximity to a principal and traveling frequently Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-moving environments Discreet, polished, and professional across all settings Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders What to Expect High-energy, fast-paced environment with constant change Significant travel and on-the-ground execution Close partnership with a founder - high visibility and impact Unique exposure to both business operations and content production
