About The Team The Office of the Vice Chancellor is the central hub supporting Murdoch University's Senior Leadership Team, including the Vice Chancellor and Executive leaders. Working at the heart of the University, the team partners across the organisation to support strategic initiatives, executive decision-making and key institutional priorities. As our next Executive Assistant, you will be at the centre of Murdoch University's executive operations, providing trusted support to the Senior Leadership Team and helping to drive the smooth functioning of the Office of the Vice Chancellor. You will coordinate complex schedules, manage competing priorities, and facilitate effective communication across a diverse stakeholder network. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the University's most senior leaders while contributing to initiatives that shape Murdoch's future. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Provide trusted support to senior leaders in a fast-paced executive environment. Drive seamless coordination of calendars, meetings, travel and strategic priorities. Manage sensitive matters with professionalism, sound judgement and absolute confidentiality. This Continuous, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of HEW0707 $101K – $112K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
