About this role

Support the team with around 15 different projects at one time Work closely with the head of division to manage their diary, travel, and relevant paperwork Be the first point of contact for all candidate queries, ensuring they are responded to in a suitable timeframe Undertake full administrative aspects of the role Set up all candidate interviews and issue relevant information packs Organise client meetings and issue virtual links and invitations Manage CRM system and ensure all information and documents are uploaded and correct Provide excellent liaison with clients to provide a high quality service in partnership Support with business development tasks What you need: Previous experience within a fast-paced environment Previous experience with heavy administration and diary management Client facing experience Keen eye for detail and high attention to detail Impeccable written and oral skills Outstanding organisation and time management skills
