Job Title: Receptionist & Office Admin Location: Knaresborough Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm We are supporting a fast paced, customer focused organisation seeking a highly organised Receptionist and Office Assistant. This is a key front of house and operational support role working within a structured, professional environment, ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting administration, facilities coordination and wider office support activities. Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist & Office Admin: Manage the front desk, answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner Maintain reception and meeting room areas to a high standard Support general administrative tasks across the business Book meetings, travel and manage diaries where required Handle post, deliveries and shared inboxes Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support office operations Assist in maintaining a well organised, safe and efficient office environment Support basic health & safety checks, records and compliance tasks Help coordinate employee engagement activities and office events Provide ad hoc support to internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations Skills & Experience: Previous office, reception or customer facing experience Strong organisational and communication skills Able to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail Positive, proactive and professional approach Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 – £26,000 per annum plus benefits.
