About this role

Executive Assistant Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive, operational, and administrative support. This trusted role is responsible for managing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, helping drive organizational effectiveness through strong judgment, discretion, communication, and follow-through. Your success will be defined by your ability to: Manage executive priorities, communications, and key commitments for the President & CEO Coordinate calendars, meetings, leadership forums, and external engagements Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and executive correspondence Track action items, monitor deliverables, and drive accountability across stakeholders Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes Coordinate travel, expenses, logistics, and executive administrative activities Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Facilitate continuity and alignment throughout executive transition initiatives Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and execution Contribute to special projects and organizational priorities as required Your strengths include: 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or working in business operations, strategy, consulting, or similar environments Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex and evolving situations Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; experience with AI productivity tools is an asset Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset Ability to work independently while building effective relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and success in fast-paced, high-accountability environments If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Tania Christensen.
