About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within our Policy and Communications orgs, across Pacific Time and Eastern Time zones. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a hybrid role, based in San Francisco, CA, USA, and you will need to work in our SF Headquarters office for occasional organizational events and offsites. You will have a variable schedule for going into SFHQ. You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel. Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Plan and execute large-scale events, team offsites, and strategic initiatives. Be the driving force behind executive operations and team efficiency. Play a critical role in fostering team culture, collaboration, and cohesion. We’re excited about you because… You have 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives (VP+ level). You are proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate needs before they arise. You thrive under pressure and can make swift, informed decisions. You possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively interface with senior leadership. You handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity. You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You are highly autonomous but also thrive in a collaborative team setting. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week). The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $112,200 - $165,000 USD
